Carpentaria is a Queensland based exploration company focussed on discovering and mining base metal and gold deposits in Queensland and New South Wales.
Both these States host world class ore deposits including Mt Isa, Mt Morgan, Central Victoria, Broken Hill and Cadia - Ridgeway. Carpentaria believes there is still great potential for discovery of additional medium to large mineral deposits in these states. Our Company has targeted regions where cover is thin, where there is a known mineralisation, and where using modern exploration techniques we will be able to rapidly define and drill-test targets.

- RC drilling completed at Glen Isla – assay results awaited
- RC drilling at Merri Hill intersects quartz veining – gold assays pending
- Collected bulk sample for nickel metalurgical testing at Merri Hill nickel target
- Drilling at Ingola intersects ultramafic target and quartz veins
- Rock chip sampling at Euriowie returns high tin values and highly elevated lead and silver with anomalous gold: 11.45% PB, 191 g/t AG, 0.7 g/t AU
- Panama Hat – Additional prospecting returns high grade gold values in rock chip samples
